Will servicing here void my manufacturer warranty?
No. Warranty law lets you service anywhere as long as the schedule and genuine parts are followed — we stamp the service book and give a parts invoice that dealers accept.
Do you use genuine parts?
Genuine by default, with the part number on your invoice. If an OEM-equivalent is cheaper and we'd fit it on our own car, we offer it as a choice — never silently.
What if you find something extra?
We stop, photograph it, and WhatsApp you the photo plus a price. Nothing is done without your "yes" on that message. The tracker shows an "approval" stage for exactly this.
Insurance claims?
Cashless with 9 insurers for accident repair; we handle the survey and the paperwork. Deductibles and depreciation explained on one page before work starts.
